📍 Shimla  🛣️ 350 km  

  • Arrive at Delhi pickup point. 
  • Our representative will help you board the AC Volvo bus for your destination Shimla.
  • You will reach Shimla by morning.

📍 Rakcham    🛣️ 245 km    🍜 Dinner    🏠 Homestay

  • After Reaching Shimla, we will leave for Chitkul.
  • We will pass Narkanda, about a 64 km drive from Shimla, famous for its apple orchards, fruits, winter sports, lakes, and temples.
  • About 160km after, you will enter the Sangla Valley.
  • Upon arrival at Rakcham, check in to the homestay and get fresh.
  • Then gear up to explore the beautiful valley along with Chitkul, the Last Inhabited Village near the Indo-Tibetan Border.

📍 Kalpa   🛣️ 54 km    🍜 Breakfast & Dinner    🏠Hotel

  • You will have a delicious breakfast in the morning and leave for Kalpa.
  • You will head back towards Karcham.
  • From Karcham, you will turn towards ReoKong Peo, the headquarters of the Kinnaur district.
  • After reaching Kalpa, which is just 1.5km from ReoKong Peo, you will check in to the hotel and visit Suicide point and nearby places.
  • Also, you will get a bird’s eye view of Kinnaur Kailash and its surrounding mountains.

  • After having a delicious & healthy breakfast, you will leave for Tabo.
  • About 100km drive, you will visit the Nako lake, a beautiful high altitude lake in Nako village.
  • Then, you will see the 500-Year-Old Mummy in the Gue Monestry in Gue, a small hamlet, around 35 km before Tabo Monastery.
  • After that, you will reach Tabo and stay at a homestay.

  • Post early breakfast, you will visit the Tabo Monastery, founded more than 1000 years ago.
  • Also, you will visit Tabo caves, about a 15 min hike from the road, which is known as ‘Ajanta of Himalayas’!
  • After that, you will drive to the Dhankar Monastery and Fort, locked between the rocky spurs at the top of a cliff in the Dhankar village.
  • You will visit the Pin Valley and Mud, a small village beside the Pin River.
  • After exploring the Pin Valley and continuously operating 1000+ Years old Buddhist enclaves: Tabo and Dhankar Monasteries, you will reach your homestay in Kaza.

  • Your next destination will be Langza, considered one of the highest villages in the world with motorable roads.
  • You will visit the Key Gompa, a famous Tibetan Buddhist Monastery known for its ancient mural paintings and books, including Buddha images.
  • Now get ready to gain more altitude to visit the world’s highest village Komic.
  • After exploring the beautiful villages Langza, Hikkim, and Komik of Spiti valley, you will return to your homestay in Kaza.

  • After having your stomach filled with delicious breakfast in the morning, you will be heading towards the gorgeous crescent-shaped Chandratal Lake.
  • You will pass through the Kibber(Kyibar) village, Chicham Bridge (the highest bridge in Asia), and Kunzum La Pass.
  • There is a small trekking distance of about 2km to reach Chandratal Lake.
  • When you arrive at Chandratal lake, you will be amazed by its natural beauty.
  • Witness the beautifully changing shades of the lake and surrounding mountains.
  • Also, you will have a memorable night with the spectacular view of Moon Lake with the stars and galaxies in the sky.

  • We will pick you up early in the morning at Chandratal lake.
  • You will depart to Manali via the Atal tunnel. After reaching Manali, you will check into the hotel.
  • You can explore the Manali market, food streets, Monestry and nearby places.

  • After breakfast, you can visit more places in Manali or around Manali, Like Hadimba Temple and Solang Valley.
  • Then you will depart from Manali to Delhi in the evening.

  • 7 to 3 days before the trip: 30% cancellation charges are applicable, 25% deduction over UPI payment.
  • 2 days before the trip: No refund. However, you can reschedule your trip to the upcoming date 20% processing charge is applicable.

We cannot pay any compensation, reimburse expenses, cover losses for any amount, or otherwise accept responsibility if as a result of circumstances beyond our control, we have to change your tour after booking, or we cannot supply your tour, as we had agreed, or you suffer any loss or damage of any description. When we refer to circumstances beyond our control, we mean any event that we could not foresee or avoid, even after taking all reasonable care. Such circumstances will usually include but are not limited to, war, the threat of war, airport closures, epidemics, natural or nuclear disasters, terrorist activity, civil unrest, industrial dispute, and bad weather.

  • Make sure you are 100% comfortable with an off-road Trip. Expect to encounter slippery, narrow, unpaved roads and stretches of grit and rubble with water flowing through them.
  • You must carry valid identification proof at the time of check-in. (PAN cards are not accepted).
  • The sequence of the day-wise itinerary for the Spiti Valley Expedition may change depending upon traffic schedules/restrictions on some roads and other unforeseen events.
  • If there is an unprecedented hike in the cost of transport (including fuel surcharge) or accommodation, it will affect the cost.
  • We shall not be responsible for any change in the itinerary for the Spiti Valley Expedition due to landslides, flight cancellations, weather conditions, or any unforeseen events. The additional cost incurred will be in addition to the package price.
  • Guests shall be liable to pay for any damages, except normal wear and tear to an asset if any.
  • Rates will be different for foreign tourists. Kindly contact us for more information.
  • We will not pay, reimburse, cover losses or take any responsibility for any activity which is due to circumstances beyond our control. When we say circumstances beyond our control, it means any event which we cannot avoid even after taking all the necessary precautions. Such events include but are not limited to airport closures, war, natural disasters, nuclear disasters, pandemics, acts of terrorism, illness, death, injury, burglary, and bad weather.
  • The trip will start only after the payment of the full amount. Make sure you make all the arrangements beforehand.
  • To reach your homestay/hotel, you have to do a small trek of 20 to 30 minutes.
  • Spiti is a small and beautiful valley in a remote location. Don’t compare its hospitality and services with other hotels in the main tourist locations.
  • In an exceptional case, if the mentioned hotel is not available, we may shift you to another similar hotel.
  • Check-in/check-out time at all the properties will be at 1200 hrs (Noon). Some properties may not allow early check-In.
  • Buffet Service will be available from 8:00 am to 9:30 am and 8:30 pm to 10:00 pm.
  • You will get hot water in showers for a few hours in the morning. Kindly ask the receptionist about the times in advance.
  • Room heaters are available at the hotel for an extra cost.
  • Triple Sharing does not necessarily mean Three Separate Beds. It can have one double bed and one rollaway bed. 
  • The vehicle will be provided as per the itinerary, any additional sightseeing not mentioned in the Itinerary will be charged extra.
  • No refund or compensation for any unused services/transportation in any circumstance.
  • Visits to museums/parks/monasteries/forts in the tour are subject to their opening on the day of the visit as per the rules of the competent authority.
  • We will not bear any cost for flights cancelled or delayed due to any reason.
  • There will be no compensation if you are delayed due to roadblocks, natural calamities, or personal reasons. The alternate accommodation cost due to the same should be borne by you.
  • No changes in the date of the tour once booked. However, you can postpone the tour if it gets cancelled due to circumstances like natural calamities, government restrictions, pandemics, riots, or war.
  • Rates are subjected to change until you haven’t paid the full amount.
  • Room allotment will be as per the availability at the time of check-in, floor or view preferences are not guaranteed.
  • All expenses which are not included in the cost of the package shall be paid directly at the time of checkout.
  • Smoking or drinking is not allowed inside the vehicle.
  • You are advised to take insurance before starting the tour.

 

  • Wearing gloves, masks, and carrying sanitizer are mandatory otherwise there wouldn’t be an allowance to commend the trip/trek.
  • Members traveling should practice social distancing.
  • There shouldn’t be any travel records in the past 30 days.
  • If the trek/trip gets canceled due to any pandemic or government order, there would be no refund instead the plan will get postponed.
  • If found with any of the COVID 19’s symptoms, the person will be immediately quarantined. In this case, as well, there wouldn’t be any refund.
  • Everyone traveling should have the ‘Arogya Setu App’ installed on their phones.
