However, this information is only for user authentication, user benefits, and the betterment of services. We will not share any user information with other 3rd parties. Users can delete their account on TrekIQ at any time. All the information they provided will be removed from our website immediately, including site cookies.

Users can view site data, share trek-itineraries, blogs, and download images for their personal uses. However, they can not use any of the site data for business or any financial benefits purposes. If the users share any photo from the site trekiq.in to their sites or social pages, they must attach the TrekiQ logo with the image, and credits given to www.trekiq.in.
Age Limitations to use our services
The minimum age required for most of the treks is six years but varies according to terrain, climate conditions, sessions. Please confirm the age limitation before any further bookings.
Age Limitation for the solo trekker
The age restriction for the solo trekker is eighteen years. One must have a valid ID and 2-3 copies with him/her.Â
Risk factor
There is always a risk involved in adventure sports such as trekking and camping, mountaineering, rock-climbing, etc. even for us also. We will organize a risk-free or less risky trek plan for you. However, we can not guarantee 100% safety due to uncontrolled climate and terrain conditions, also the carelessness of the trekker or mountaineer, or rock climber. We are not responsible for any injury or ill-health or immobility or death to the person. You are wholly responsible for these risk factors.Â
