Homestay Policy & Terms

We may use the following data provided by you on our website and promotions:

• Photos of your property/Homestay.
• Address and location information.
• List of services/amenities provided by you.
• Description of your property/Homestay.

Keep the following things in mind while filling out the form

• Provide your full name, your current mobile no, and your working email.
• Give the correct address of your Homestay.
• Verify all details provided by you before the final submission.
• Do not provide any false information.
• Upload recently clicked photo you. The maximum uploading size is 2MB.
• The uploading size of a single property picture(Homestay) should not be greater than 8 MB.
• You must provide all the mentioned facilities for guests which declared by you.

Code of Conduct

• Be polite to the guests and stay away from any quarrels or heated arguments.
• You will not consume and allow guests to drink alcohol during the hospitality.
• Do not smoke and not let guests smoke too.

Payment Terms

• We will pay you half of the agreed amount before the arrival of the guests.
• After your services, we will take feedback from the guests then we will pay the remaining amount according to their feedback.
• The amount may be deducted or canceled due to your poor service.
• You would not ask for any extra amount from the guest.
